Update 5/1/20

Hendry Regional Medical Center (HRMC) has resumed outpatient imaging services effective immediately.

Appointments are required for all radiology procedures except x-rays. To schedule an appointment call 863-902-3061.

All patients are required to wear a cloth face mask and answer COVID19 screening questions prior to entry. No visitors may accompany the patient, unless the patient is a minor.

HRMC requests that patients remove all jewelry/metallic objects prior to entering the facility. It is recommended to wear a sports bra or a bra that does NOT have an underwire.

Update 4/8/20

Effective immediately Hendry Regional Medical Center (HRMC) is requiring all individuals who enter the hospital or the clinics to wear a cloth mask. In an effort to conserve all personal protection equipment (PPE) for our front line workers HRMC will NOT be able to provide individuals with masks for entry.

This change is in accordance with the CDC recommendation of using cloth face coverings in public to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. The cloth face coverings recommended are not surgical masks or N-95 respirators. Those are critical supplies that must continue to be reserved for healthcare workers and other medical first responders.

Help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community by wearing a cloth face mask in public.

Update 3/24/20

HRMC has COVID19 Specimen COLLECTION capabilities. Only patients who meet the testing requirements issued by the CDC will be, and have been, administered tests. The specimens are then sent to an outside laboratory for testing results.

Effective immediately the James D. Forbes Family Care Center (Clewiston) and Hendry Regional Convenient Care Center (LaBelle) have changed their hours of operations. The new hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Update 3/20/20

All patients/visitors are being assessed for respiratory symptoms prior to entering HRMC facilities. These assessments are being handled by a nurse and include questions about Covid19 symptoms, potential exposure and travel history.

Thank you for helping keep our community safe during this outbreak.
