David Theroux, FACHE MBA
Chief Executive OfficerDavid joined the team at Hendry Regional Medical Center in July of 2007. Since that time, he has assumed progressive levels of responsibility, ultimately leading to his February, 2018 appointment as the hospital's Chief Operating Officer. David holds a Masters of Business Administration from South University and is credentialed as a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives. David has over 20 years in the healthcare industry with experience in clinical operations, life safety, emergency management, compliance, and facility operations.

Troy E. Eller
Chief Financial OfficerTroy Eller is the Chief Financial Officer at Hendry Regional Medical Center since May 2021. Mr. Eller has over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience including hospital financial operations, revenue cycle management, and managed care contracting. Mr. Eller earned his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University and is a proud U.S. Army Veteran. He is responsible for the financial operations of Hendry Regional Medical Center.

Dakota Redd, R.N.
Chief Nursing OfficerDakota Redd is the Chief Nursing Officer of Hendry Regional Medical Center since June 2021. He previously held the positions of Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Patient Safety Officer, and Emergency Department Director at HRMC. Prior to coming to Clewiston, he served as Director of In-Patient Services and Emergency Department at a rural Critical Access Hospital in Potosi, Missouri. Mr. Redd holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Maryville University and has over 35 years of healthcare experience. He believes that focusing on the patient experience, patient safety, quality of care and employee engagement is the best recipe for success.

Temiela E. Blackman, MA, RHIT
Quality/HIM Director, HIPAA Privacy OfficerTemiela Blackman is a proud graduate of Clewiston High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural and Organizational Communications (magna cum laude) with a minor in Sociology, followed by a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from Florida Atlantic University. She is also a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT®), combining her expertise in communication with a strong foundation in healthcare administration.
A passionate advocate for community engagement, Temiela is an active member of Women Involved in Supporting the Hospital (WISH), where she contributes her time and talents to advancing healthcare initiatives.
Temiela began her career at HRMC in 2009 and has since advanced through multiple roles across the healthcare sector, continually broadening her professional experience.
The middle daughter of six siblings, Temiela values the support and energy of her close-knit family. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, and drawing—always seeking new ways to express her creativity and love of learning.
