Full time -- Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator - Marketing
Position Overview:

Hendry Regional Medical Center is seeking a motivated and outgoing professional to join our Marketing team as our community outreach & marketing coordinator.

The Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing & Foundation Director in planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives that strengthen the hospital's visibility, brand awareness, and community engagement. This position plays a key role in developing creative content, organizing and coordinate events, and supporting both internal and external communications that promote Hendry Regional's mission, values, and commitment to the communities we serve.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized and creative professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in marketing, public relations or community engagement - especially in a healthcare or non-profit environment - is preferred.

Primary Duties:

• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media, website and other digital platforms.
• Support the planning and execution of hospital events, community outreach activities, and internal celebrations.
• Help design, proof, and distribute marketing materials including flyers, brochures, signage, annual reports, and presentations.
• Maintain a content calendar and assist in tracking marketing projects, deadlines, and performance metrics.
• Capture and organize photos/videos from events and facility activities for use in communications.
• Support press release development, community announcements, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with department leaders to promote programs, services, and special initiatives.
• Perform general administrative duties including office management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or higher
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination (healthcare experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Outlook required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt
• In-person position only based on-site at Foundation House – but will travel between Clewiston & LaBelle as schedule permits
• Flexible hours/days, with some after-hour and weekend availability required for events and community activities.
• Office-based role with frequent on-site event and departmental support.
