Full-time -- Pharmacist - Outpatient Pharmacy (contract)
Position Overview:
Hendry Regional Medical Center is partnering with Bolster Rx to build and operate an outpatient pharmacy. We are seeking a dispensing Pharmacist who will play a vital role in ensuring safe, accurate medication delivery, providing meaningful patient counseling, and contributing to a mission-driven team focused on impact. This role offers the chance to practice at the top of your license in a supportive environment where your expertise and care truly matter.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited program.
Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
1–2 years of experience in a retail, outpatient, or hospital pharmacy preferred. New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotation performance.
Proficiency with pharmacy systems and software (e.g., QS/1, PioneerRx, Epic, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage time and workflow effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
