Full time -- Medical Technologist (11p - 7:30a) Monday-Friday, Alternating Weekends 7p-7:30a) - Laboratory
The position serves as a Generalist; works towards implementing the departmental goals of Standardization, realignment, and maintaining 100% proficiency in the CAP
and TJC Accreditations; has responsibility for technically performing the full range of clinical laboratory procedures including Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology, Serology, and Microbiology.
Must possess a minimum of two years technical experience in test interpretation, quality control and instrument maintenance, and must be able to perform phlebotomy collections.
Status: Full time
Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. and alternating weekends 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. or rotating shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related filed of science with five years progressive experience, and eligible for national certification.
License Required: Must be eligible to seek a state of Florida license in all areas of Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Microbiology, and Immunohematology
